Abstract

This quantitative study examines the influence of leadership styles on goal-focused coaching skills among 157 randomly selected tennis coaches in Kuala Lumpur. Utilizing a non-experimental survey design and analyzed via Jamovi 2.6, the research identifies culturally relevant leadership dimensions and assesses their impact on player development within Malaysia's urban sports context. The findings aim to provide evidence-based recommendations for localized coach development and enhanced leadership effectiveness.
