Abstract

This study examines the relationship between mental health and job performance among 397 Employees Provident Fund (EPF) staff, focusing on factors such as anxiety, depression, stress, and employee satisfaction. Utilizing a quantitative non-experimental design with stratified random sampling, data collected via Google Forms were analyzed to identify significant correlations and gender-based differences in performance outcomes. The findings provide a foundation for EPF to develop targeted mental health interventions and organizational strategies aimed at enhancing employee well-being and overall productivity
