Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between physical activity (PA) and sleep quality (SQ) among 103 student gamers at UiTM Seremban 3, addressing concerns that sedentary gaming habits lead to poor health outcomes. Utilizing a quantitative correlational design, the research employed the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ-SF) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) to analyse habits and identify potential gender differences. By examining the relationship between screen-heavy lifestyles and rest patterns, the findings aim to promote healthier behavioural balances and improve the overall well-being of the university gaming community.
