The company's notable assets included its affiliation with Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad, its extensive fleet of vehicles, and its skilled workforce. However, dependence on FGV, limited diversification, and the potential effects of fluctuating petroleum prices presented obstacles. Opportunities for the company included expanding into new markets, embracing technological advances, and implementing ecological initiatives. In terms of dangers, there were economic fluctuations and intense competition. On the basis of this analysis, the report makes suggestions for FGV Transport Service Sdn Bhd regarding how to capitalise on its strengths, resolve its weaknesses, seize opportunities, and counteract its threats. These suggestions are intended to position the organisation for sustainable development and success in the competitive logistics industry.
