Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB)

My experience working as a human resources intern at Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB), a major contributor to Johor’s economic development through partnerships and strategic investments, is detailed in this industrial training report. I learned about a variety of HR tasks during my internship, such as hiring, employee engagement, training and development, and support with administration. My knowledge of corporate HR procedures and workplace dynamics was improved by the chance I had to help with onboarding session organization, employee record update, and internal HR projects. The course greatly aided in my professional development and prepared me for future HR positions by offering insightful information on the strategic role HR plays in coordinating talent management with company objectives.
