TDM Plantation Sdn Bhd

This internship report summarizes my five-month industrial training at TDM Plantation Sdn. Bhd., which took place from 3 March to 15 August 2025. I was assigned to the Operations Department, where I worked under the supervision of the Head of Administration. This placement offered me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative and operational aspects of a plantation company. Throughout the internship, I was involved in various tasks such as preparing and organizing operational documents, assisting in estate performance monitoring, handling data entry, and supporting internal communication between departments. I also gained exposure to compliance practices and operational planning processes, which deepened my understanding of the plantation industry. This internship allowed me to develop essential soft skills including time management, teamwork, and professional communication. It also provided practical knowledge that enhanced my academic background in business administration. Overall, my internship at TDM Plantation has been a valuable learning experience that strengthened my interest in business operations and helped prepare me for future challenges in the corporate environment, especially within the agribusiness sector.
