Abstract
This study evaluates the performance-enhancing effects of the FIFA 11+ Level 3 program compared to traditional warm-ups, focusing on speed and reaction time in 16 male amateur soccer players. Using a randomized design balanced by pre-test scores, researchers assessed 10-meter sprint times and reaction speed via the Multi-Operational Apparatus for Reaction Time. Data analysis, utilizing paired and independent sample t-tests, aims to determine if the high-intensity drills and cognitive elements of the Level 3 protocol provide a superior stimulus for improving key athletic metrics in amateur populations.
