Abstract
Industrial training is a medium where the students will be introduced to the real situation in the plantations besides to give exposure and experience to the students about the real situation in the fields. Actually, this is for early preparation for students before they start working at any company in future. Industrial training is a prerequisite to the award of Diploma students In Planting Industry Management, Universiti Teknologi Mara. For sessions from DECEMBER 2016 UNTIL MARCH 2017, I was following industrial training for three months, starting from 13 DECEMBER 2016 until 10 MARCH 2017.
