Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the FIFA 11+ Level 3 protocol in enhancing flexibility among male amateur soccer players aged 18 to 25 at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). By focusing on advanced plyometrics, balance, and dynamic stretching, the research investigates whether this structured injury prevention program significantly improves movement efficiency and reduces muscle strain risk compared to standard routines. The findings aim to provide coaches and trainers with evidence-based warm-up strategies tailored to the physical demands of amateur soccer.
