My industrial report presents a comprehensive overview of my enriching 24 weeks industrial training experience at Rentwise Sdn Bhd, located in Section 7, Shah Alam, from March 3rd to August 15th, 2025. The opportunity to serve as an Billing intern within the Billing and Contract Department provided not only firsthand exposure to the demands of billing operations but also a platform for significant personal and professional growth. Throughout the training, I actively engaged in a wide array of tasks, including the preparation of many types of invoices, professional email correspondence, Billing, and other billing management duties. These responsibilities allowed me to develop and sharpen critical competencies such as organizational management, effective communication, reconciliation of billing record and professional ethics in the workplace.
