Abstract
Practical training is a mandatory course for all Diploma Plantation Management Student of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Faculty Of Plantations and Agrotechnology. It is a requirement to fulfil the course in order to complete the Diploma as well as graduate from the University. The training refers to work experience that relevant to professional development prior to graduation. No restriction is imposed on them whether they want to work in government agencies or private organisations.
