Abstract

My six-month industrial training adventure began at Celestica Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, and it was fun. I will discuss and explain my internship experience at this organization in this report, highlighting its policies and procedures as well as other pertinent information about Customer Program Department (Capital Equipments - LAM) management. This is a great chance to examine how a multinational corporation does it because there are a lot of variables to take into account. I will include as much detail as possible about the company's management in this report. This report will go on to discuss the company's profile and my training reflection based on the knowledge I acquired during my internship with the organization. In addition, the company's SWOT analysis will be covered, which I can examine via the Customer Program Department. Finally, the report concludes with a suggestion for the company based on my overall observations and conclusions.
