Abstract

Practical training or industrial training is a mandatory course for all diploma students of Plantation Management. It is a requirement to full the course in order to complete the diploma as well as graduate from the university. The training refers to work experience that is relevant to professional development orior to graduation. For Plantation students, 3 months period is allocated for training at locations chosen by themselves. No restriction is imposed on them whether they want to work in government agencies or private organizations. For this semester, the trainee, Nur Hasya' Syazwani Binti Hassan (2014457134), has started to working in Kabuloh Agriculture Research Station Mri, Sarawak from 5th December 2016 until 10th Mac 2017.
