Tabung Haji Plantations Berhad

As a part 6 student of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). Undergoing internship in our final semester is a compulsory component in completing our academic program. Thus, this report shows the comprehensive overview of my internship experience undertaken at Tabling Haji Plantations Berhad (T11PB). one of the companies in Malaysia that engaged in the business of oil palm, rubber and Leak plantations. As an intern in this company, I was placed in the finance department under the cash management and account payable unit where my tasks are to key a voucher for the headquarters, mills and estate of THPB before a payment is made and also record the approved transaction into the cashbook. With the experience gained during the internship, it has provided me with valuable exposure to the inner workings of the company that significantly contributed to my professional development. This report also includes a SWOT analysis of THPB, which highlights their key strength and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and potential threats. Then, from the analysis made and found, several recommendations have been suggested in a way to make sure TIIPB is able to maintain and enhance their company performance and address existing challenges. In a nutshell, an opportunity to undergo this internship, especially at THPB has been a meaningful learning experience that not only enriched my academic development but also to my personal and professional growth
