Abstract
My internship at AFA Project and Management Services Sdn. Bhd., where I worked in the Finance Department, is highlighted in this report. The organisation, which is a support division of AFA Group, is essential to the management of procurement, finance, and human resources for infrastructure operations, especially in the toll highway industry. I worked with invoices, payment vouchers, reconciliations, and financial documents throughout my course. Through practical experience with corporate finance procedures, the internship improved my technical and soft abilities, including time management and communication. A comprehensive SWOT analysis is given to evaluate the company's internal strengths and weaknesses as well as its external opportunities and threats. The research is followed by strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and resilience. All things considered, the internship gave me invaluable insight into real financial processes and shaped my career goals. By bridging the gap between academic knowledge and professional requirements, it assisted me in getting ready for future roles in the corporate finance sector.
