LE' Fintelis Sdn. Bhd

This industrial training report contains a comprehensive overview of my 24-week internship at LE' Fintelis Sdn. Bhd., a financial services and property advisory firm located at Menara AIA CapSquare, Kuala Lumpur. I was assigned to the Administrative and Marketing Department throughout my internship from 3 March until 15 August 2025. As a finance student, the placement gave me a great opportunity to experience how insurance, mortgage consultation, and digital marketing services are used in the real- world setting. A variety of financial services are provided by LE’ Fintelis, including investment planning, mortgage loan advice, business financing, life and general insurance, and property listing management. The business offers customers personalised financial solutions by working closely with major insurance providers including AIA, Allianz, and Tokio Marine. In addition to financial services, LE' Fintelis also offers property consulting and financial guidance to help property owners advertise their properties and companies on websites like PropertyGuru and iProperty Pro. During my internship, I was responsible for keeping the PR Master Listing up to date, reminding clients to pay premiums, handling online property listings , telemarketing to property owners and creating social media content. I was also involved with creating Facebook videos and posters about mortgages, which improved the firm's online presence. Through these tasks, I was able to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation, data administration, and customer communication. I also improved my time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in addition to honing my technical proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, Canva, and CapCut. Most importantly, I was able to apply what I had learnt in class to real-world workplace settings, which boosted my self-esteem as well as prepared me for roles in the banking sector in the future.
