"Melestarikan Mahkamah Syariah" by YAA Dato' Setia Dr. Hj. Mohd Na'im bin Hj. Mokhtar, the Syarie Chief Judge

YAA Dato' Setia Dr Hj Mohd Na'im bin Hj Mokhtar, the Syarie Chief Judge / Director General of the Syariah Justice Department of Malaysia, who is also the Adjunct Professor at UiTMLaw gave a talk entitled "Melestarikan Mahkamah Syariah" on 28 October 2020. In his speech, YAA emphasised on the role of Syariah Court as an important entity of justice to the Muslim community. In order for the Syariah Court to fulfil the aspirations of the Muslim community, especially to the litigants, the Syariah Court needs to be responsive to any complaints and criticisms, receptive to suggestions and proactively improve its quality of service.
