Abstract

Earlier this year, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irwin UJ Ooi was appointed by the European Union to aid its technical assistance arm to South East Asia (ARISE+), help ASEAN Member States implement the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Multimodal Transport 2005 (AFAMT2005). Dr. Ooi and Team Leader, Glyn Evans, had a consultation session with various industry stakeholders over two days on 10-11 June 2019. The session was hosted by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. During the session, Dr. Ooi also presented and discussed with stakeholders details of a national multimodal law for Cambodia and its accompanying regulations.
