Abstract
The integration of cardiotocographs (CTGs) as part of fetal well-being monitoring in labor has largely influenced the decisions and management in the labor ward. With the advent of time, the cardiotocograph tracing interpretation has been revised from time to time. Understanding the cardiotocograph helps clinicians comprehend the in utero situation leading to the decision and method of delivery.
