Burnout and working mom: when your brain needs a coffee break too!

Moulton, Noorie Haryaniee (2025) Burnout and working mom: when your brain needs a coffee break too! Bulletin. Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Negeri Sembilan Kampus Rembau.

Abstract

Being a working mom means managing two full-time jobs, often leading to “double shift” burnout—a deep exhaustion that coffee can’t fix. It goes beyond tiredness, causing mental fog, forgetfulness, and a sense of emptiness as priorities blur under constant demands from work and family responsibilities.
