Abstract

The best version of a person is not always the version most welcomed at work. Often, that version is not shaped by comfort, but carved out of challenges. It emerges from being overlooked, pushed aside, and weighed down by the expectations of others. It learns to prioritise peace over noise, truth over approval, and personal limits over silent submission.
