Abstract
The paper aims at evaluating the impact of ‘The Victorians Challenge 2024,’ a leadership development intervention that was carried out for secondary school students in Malaysia. The program which was carried out by the students in their fifth semester of Diploma in Sports and Recreation Management, UiTM. Categorically, data was collected though survey questionnaires and complimented by qualitative data gathered through observations. Evaluation outcomes suggest that overall goals formulated for the program were achieved; the participants stated that they gained better leadership, confidence, and team-work/fellow workers. Consequently, the following are the recommendations of this paper for future studies in youth leadership development and community engagement program.
