AAGBS Annual Report 2021: research and publications (grants)

In 2021, the achievement in obtaining research grants showed positive development through support from various funding sources. A total of 14 research grants funded at the national level were obtained with a total amount of RM21,600. In addition, 2 grants funded by the industry were successfully obtained with a total funding of RM76,600, indicating the existence of strategic collaboration between researchers and the industry sector. At the international level, a total of 3 research grants were received with a total funding of RM38,600. Overall, the diversity of these funding sources reflects the ability of researchers in obtaining research funding support as well as strengthening research activities, innovation and collaboration at the national and international levels.
