AAGBS Annual Report 2021: student affairs (Viva Voce)

Viva Voce at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) is an important academic assessment process for postgraduate candidates in defending their thesis or dissertation. This session involves an oral presentation by the candidate in front of a panel of examiners consisting of internal examiners, external examiners, chairpersons and supervisors. The main purpose of Viva Voce is to assess the candidate's level of understanding of the research conducted, the originality of the study's contribution to the field of knowledge, as well as the candidate's ability to explain the methodology, findings and implications of the study critically and systematically.
