Small claims procedure in Malaysia.

Abstract
The small claims procedure in Malaysia provides a simplified and cost-effective method for handling minor civil disputes. It allows claims such as refunds for defective goods, unpaid salaries, commissions, and payments for services or repairs to be filed in the Magistrates’ Courts. While simpler than ordinary court proceedings, the procedure may be challenging for those unfamiliar with legal terminology.
