Abstract
Anne Wong Muk Ngiik, a Business Management Lecturer, is grateful to UiTM for the opportunity to attend and present a paper entitled "Globalization: Enhancing the Competitiveness of SMIs through Productivity Growth in Malaysia" at the 49th International Council for Small Business (ICSB) World Conference in Johannesburg. Annie did UiTM Sarawak proud by winning 'The Best Policy Award'. The award was one of the five awards vied by 148 presenters in 5 parallel sessions.
