Abstract
Sesi Libat Urus dan Taklimat Pemakaian Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bilangan 1 Tahun 2024 Pelaksanaan Sistem Saraan Perkhidmatan Awam (SSPA) was conducted on 28 October 2024 (Monday) at Bilik Telesidang AAGBS, in a hybrid format involving both face-to-face and online participation. The session was organised at the Peringkat Kampus Cawangan/ Kolej Pengajian / Fakulti/ Jabatan level to ensure wide engagement and effective dissemination of information. The session aimed to provide clear guidance on the implementation of Sistem Saraan Perkhidmatan Awam (SSPA) as outlined in Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bilangan 1 Tahun 2024, enabling staff to better understand the new remuneration structure, policies, and operational implications. It also served as a platform for engagement, allowing participants to seek clarification and share feedback on matters related to the SSPA.
