Abstract
The Majlis Amanat Dekan AAGBS 2024 was successfully held on 24 September 2024 at the PTAR 2 Auditorium, Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). This important event served as a key platform for the School's leadership to communicate the strategic direction, achievements, and future plans of Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) to its academic and administrative staff. During the session, the Dean of AAGBS delivered a comprehensive address outlining the School's performance in areas such as academic excellence, research, internationalisation, digital transformation, and continuous quality improvement, in line with UiTM's aspirations and the evolving global higher education landscape. The address also emphasized the importance of a high-performance work culture, cross-departmental collaboration, and sustained commitment to strengthening AAGBS's position as a leading graduate business school.
