Abstract

Teamwork skills such as communication, conflict resolution, planning, organisation, and leadership are essential for effective collaboration and achieving shared goals. These skills enable students to manage disagreements and work productively in group project assignments, which are often part of continuous assessment. Research highlights their importance and provides guidance on how they can be developed and applied to successfully address conflicts and complete group tasks.
