Abstract
On 30 November 2022, the Assistant Directors of Investigation & Enforcement Division, Malaysian Competition Commission (MyCC), Ms Siti Nur Hafiza Zakaria and Ms lsmy Zulaikha Kamaruddin delivered lectures on the enforcement of competition law in Malaysia as well as a practical look into cases under the Competition Act 2010. The lectures were delivered in collaboration with participating in UiTMLaw collaborative teaching program with students who are taking Competition Law. The valuable knowledge shared by these expert and experienced speakers gave valuable insights to the students on the broad application of competition law. UiTMLaw is thankful to MyCC for this collaborative lecture and looks forward to more collaboration in the future.
