This report consists of an interpretation of all the activities that we have studied and carried out during this one semester and the building that we have chosen in this case study which is the Human Resources Building (KSM) located in Putrajaya. This review covers the topics we have studied throughout the semester but mainly focusing on by each building the quality of any aspect related to the building will be devoted to the best conditions, extending build a life cycle, minimize inconvenience and to provide comfort, safety and security for tenants and users. the maintenance of this building in terms of management, operations and finance by the facility management team of Ikha Ventures Sdn Bhd. The content of this report is based on the needs of all information and data collected to meet all the necessary chapters. By necessity, it must be included detailed study of property, maintenance management organization, maintenance policy and planning, building design and structural design, building condition assessment, maintenance strategy, legal aspects, financial aspects and problems and recommendations. The report will ending with the overall conclusion of the study. All writing on analysis, explanation and classification is from our point of view Building Survey Diploma students in the session of 2024. The data presented is from primary sources from the maintenance department, the internet and our observations in the Human Resources Building in Maintenance Management are considered important to be ensured. We hope that the explanation of the entire content in this report will satisfy the reader.
