FSG students actively participated in activities during COVID-19 pandemic: activities throughout 2020

FSG students remained committed in organizing activities throughout 2020 despite being fully occupied with online teaching and learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Various activities took place such as webinars, usrah, career and counseling sessions, competitions, e-sport, and so on. Alumni and industry players also participated in support of the students’ efforts. And for the first time ever, FSG students conducted a virtual pre-graduation event to celebrate final semester students. An online orientation called FSG “Get-To-Know” Day was also held which aimed to introduce the faculty to incoming students. It was a great effort in ensuring that all new students would still be able to get acquainted with the faculty even without being physically present. The year 2020 had been a great memorable experience for FSG students as they won the coveted UiTM Overall Champion in the first edition of the Sukan Antara Fakulti Virtual Edition (SAFVE 2020). This was a grand success as FSG students were able to prove themselves that they are not only great in academics but also excel in sports. All these great achievements were obtained during the COVID-19 pandemic which made it all the more memorable.
