Satisfaction towards sports facilities in UiTM Pasir Gudang

The goal of facilities management at a sport centre is to assist with and maintain the facilities there where, in some instances, sport centre management did not have facilities. The sports facilities in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Pasir Gudang were selected as the case subject for this study. This survey investigates the satisfaction of UiTM students towards the sports facilities at UiTM Pasir Gudang. Discovering how UiTM’s facilities management is carried out is the objective of this study, to determine the favourite sport among UiTM Pasir Gudang students, to investigate how frequent the students do sports, to find the mean, median and mode of the sports based on age and gender, and to investigate the satisfaction on sport facilities in Pasir Gudang. The study found that the students usually express pleasure with the facilities, praising their skills, availability of equipment, and cleanliness. Better upkeep, more sports, later hours, and improved safety precautions are suggested as areas for development. In conclusion the findings of this study can assist management of facilities make decisions that will improve the pleasure and experience of students.
