Abstract
In the ever-evolving landscape of education, a lecturer's job is more than just teaching. A lecturer helps students by being a guide, mentor, and inspiration. They shape not only their academic journey but also their professional and personal growth. Lecturer professionalism has been extensively studied, and various studies have shown that it significantly affects lecturer performance (Qurtubi, 2023).
