Abstract
Synchronizing the new curriculum across diverse campuses was a monumental task," Dr. Zarina reflects. The vast size and diversity of FBM meant that: any change impacted many stakeholders. “We had to address numerous questions concerning faculty and student welfare before executing the new curriculum” she adds. With guidance from the top management of UiTM and multiple town hall meetings, Dr. Zarina ensured that the welfare of faculty and students remained a priority.
