Abstract
SMART E-SHELF is designed to help library users and staff easily find books or sources that they needed for a short amount of time. Library users can use the provided catalogue system (OPAC) to find a specific book where the number of shelf and classified numbers of the books is stated. A receipt will be printed to lessen the burden for the users to memorize the shelf and call number of the book. The receipt should be brought to the stated shelf‟s number and scan the receipt using the small scanner at the side of the shelf. A small light will blink under the located book. Novelty and uniqueness: To ease of users to find the book easily and quickly.
