The purpose of this study is to focusing on the process of preparing the net asset value difference for fund valuation in AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad. In this study, the main focus is how this process has been done in fund accounting and fund valuation unit and how the result from this process can affect the net asset value objective for fund valuation in AmanahRaya Trustees. This is because, there are several factors that can influence client to use trusteeship services and based on the result in net asset value difference, the valuation unit can monitor each fund either comply or not with net asset value objective after preparation of net asset value difference has been complete. The net asset value difference can show that difference results for each fund come out with difference issues. The reason from this study also is to ensure how the monitoring process after preparation of net asset value difference can convince the clients. In trusteeship services, trustworthy, reliability and accurately is very important. So, they can operate effectively and efficiently in giving the best trusteeship services by preparation of net asset value difference. From this process the evaluation of each fund can be done.
