Abstract

The business plan details the launch product that produces any type of food based on sugar cane. Our business concept is food and beverages. This products is going to market under our own brand name and will be the first in Malaysia. This product is to increase local products in order to be able to complete with products from international and foreign. The new product like ice cream, chocolate, juice essence, boba balls, cakes, tombstones and organic sugar from sugarcane will be a summer favourite for various targeted customers as well as a year – around enjoyment. Our customers will have the total experience when try our all menu because there is no more sugarcane-based food in the Malaysian market. TebuWan intends to cater to the bulk of teenagers and youngsters in Malaysia especially at Jerteh because it is the first our location operation and components. We have chosen this group for several important reasons. We believe the targeted between 12 and 50 choose our product as their dessert because they are more flexible in budgets and seek more than a value or price relationship. The company is owned by the original five founders, who each will contribute RM75,000 for the same amount of share, 25% and RM300,000 in paid –in capital at the start. This will cover start up requirements.
