Abstract
The study was conducted in order to find out the significant relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. The variables selected are investment choices, risk and return, personal income and individual knowledge. The dependent variable in this study is investment decision among employees. The results of the findings were interpreted using frequency distribution, descriptive statistics (central tendency), reliability test and correlation coefficient. The data collected for the use of the study was collected between the months of February until June 2012. Based on the result, risk and return, personal income and individual knowledge possessed very significant relationship with the dependent variable.
