Abstract
Putrajaya or the full name of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya is the administrative center of the Federal Government of Malaysia that replaced Kuala Lumpur in 1999 and the administrative capital of Malaysia. Putrajaya is a smart capital in a park located 25 kilometers south of Kuala Lumpur is a futuristic city that houses the administrative center of the Federal Government. It is the 3rd Federal Territory in Malaysia.Its location in the middle of the Multimedia Highway Corridor, Putrajaya with an area of 4,931 hectares was developed at a cost of RM20.5 billion containing the Federal Government Administration Center, Housing, Commercial facilities, social facilities and religious facilities.On 10 May 1999, the Prime Minister’s Office Complex began operating in Putrajaya. Putrajaya is a benchmark for the development and administration of a city both at the domestic and international levels.
