Abstract

Microbes E-Recipe: Ramadhan Edition was a cooking contest held by the Applied Microbiology Association (APMICA), Faculty of Applied Sciences (FSG) during Ramadan, which started from 13 April to 12 May 2021. This programme Introduced the benefits of miferoorganisms by using them in a cooking dish for Ramadan. Students had the opportunity to showcase their talents in cooking and video editing skills. The participants posted videos on their personal Instagram account. They were also required to tag the APMICA official Instagram account (@apmica_uitmsa), and used hashtags #APMICARamadhan and MicrobeRecipe. This programme was opened for UITM students from all branches in Malaysia
