UiTM, Fakulti Sains Gunaan (2021) Improving teaching and learning via virtual workshops on MOOC during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bulletin. Faculty of Applied Sciences, Shah Alam.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused big changes in our education system and teaching delivery, leading to a demand for everyone to learn new and innovative teaching skills. E-learning is not without its complications. Some of the challenges of online teaching are passive students, lack of interactions and motivations. The best solution is to offer interactive, fun, and engaging courses via various creative online tools. With the aim to overcome these challenges, FSG MOOC committee led by ChM. Dr Najmah P.S Hassan, and assisted by Ts. Dr Norazura Ibrahim and ChM. Fazni Susila Abdul Ghani, conducted several virtual workshops to provide valuable insights into e-learning development for FSG MOOC developers in particular and lecturers in general.
