Abstract
The white coat ceremony signified a meaningful step for the Year 3 MBBS students as they moved from their preclinical to clinical years of training. As the students anxiously awaited the start of the ceremony, 30 respected professors and lecturers gathered in the front of the hall, ready to don the whole batch of students. The ceremony started with an opening speech by the dean, Assoc Prof Dr. Fazah Akhtar Hanapiah, and an outstanding performance by the students. The event was chaired by Dr. Nur Azah Mohd Isa, welcoming the entire room filled with a renewed spirit and passion for medicine as the Year 3 students donned their white coats.
