My E-HALAL Course & Food Handlers Training.

Abstract
MyE-Halal course (Kursus MyE-Halal) and Food Handlers course (Kursus Pengendali Makanan) are two compulsory courses for Food Science and Technology students which are held every semester by Persatuan Teknologi Makanan (PERTEMA) to final year students. These programs provide the knowledge on the food industry requirements in operating a fooр business. The students were also introduced about the handling of food as set by the Ministry of Health.
