Abstract

This report was delegated to investigate a market of our business which is café and at the same time giving us an opportunity to integrate our knowledge and learn on how the society right now to have more better quality of life especially for their daily life routine to have a happy lifestyle. Beside that the company of our business also can learn and gain some knowledge on how the busines brand enter and growing in the real world of busines. Our company have decided to come up with a business which is dessert café, and we name as “CHILLIN’ OUT CAFÉ” that is selling a variety of desserts that become a favourite for every age, especially those who are still young because desserts are one of the dishes that can relieve our stress that caused by pressure in a daily life. Among the dishes provided by our cafe that are more focuses on desserts is cake, ice cream, juice, coffee, sandwich, and some other famous dessert dishes in Malaysia. It is because our target market is more focusing to foodie millennials, busy Professionals, students, and families with young children. However, we trying to produce our dessert with a fresh ingredient from the local farm to ensure our café provide the best dessert. We get the ingredients such as fruits and coffee beans from local gardens to ensure the products are keep fresh and we do not have to get the resources of ingredients from overseas or other state to reduce the raw materials cost for our production. Our café also has a several vehicles to arrange the delivery and to carry out the raw materials from the supplier. To ensure that all processes run smoothly, we have vehicles for the dessert delivery and other vehicles are used to transporting the raw materials from the garden and suppliers from the factory. Other than that, our company also involve our product in application channel like food panda and grab food to make it easier for our customer to buy our product when there are unable to get out from the workplace. we also focus to promote in social media because its easy way to reach the potential customer widely and less cost is used. Major promotion that our company used is advertisement through social media that also one of the effective tools for promotion as our medium of advertisement to reach new potential consumer efficiently.
