Young Scientist Project

Young Scientist project was held at Sekolah Kebangsaan Sg. Udang, Klang on 25th April 2019. The project was organised by Community Committee, Faculty of Applied Sciences in collaboration with the School of Chemistry and Environment, UiTM Shah Alam. There were 30 school students, 2 teachers, 3 UiTM students and 11 lecturers participated in this project. The project aimed to transfer the knowledge of science to the students through fun activities. The project intended to spark some interests among students in science subjects at the primary level. Five activities related to basic chemistry knowledge were innovatively conducted by lecturers to help the students understand the basic concept of science in chemistry. School students were given the opportunities to handle each activity with the guidance of the lecturers.
