First MoU signed by UiTM's newly appointed Vice Chancellor

A signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and Livecube Global Sdn. Bhd. was held on 19th February 2019 at the Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Chancellery Building, UiTM Shah Alam. UITM was represented by Vice-Chancellor, Emeritus Professor Ir. Dr Mohd Azraai Kassim. while Livecube Global was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Hermadiana Binti Mat. The ceremony was witnessed by the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Professor Dr Hajah Farida Zuraina Mohd Yusof and Senior Business Analyst of Malaysian Bioeconomy Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Emir Adzhar Yahya. Through the memorandum, both parties will work together in the development and commercialization of biodegradable bio-based plastic materials to support the efforts towards non-plastic life in 2018- 2013 and Malaysia's healthier by 2030.
