Germany Faces Malaysia

The "Germany Faces Malaysia" Exhibition was held in Kuching from the 22nd until 24th May 2009. Even though the final examinations were close, Puan Noor Shima Antony, Head of program and students of the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management were excited about the exhibition. On the first day, the 2nd and 4th semester students went to the Sarawak Museum to attend the "100 Best Posters" Exhibition and Workshop.The workshop was organised in conjunction with an exhibit of 100 acclaimed posters from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other European countries. While at the workshop, it took awhile for the student to assimilate the topic since the speaker touched on techniques use by the professional painters, and countless unfamiliar terms with tourism students.
