Abstract
Joining the organising committee for the International Competition on Sustainable Education (SUSED2025) was initially underestimated, but it quickly became a demanding and transformative experience. What began as simple coordination grew into a complex, high-pressure project that tested patience, teamwork, and leadership, with members often juggling multiple roles and facing relentless deadlines. Despite the chaos, the experience revealed the power of collaboration and shared responsibility, leaving a lasting impact on how participants view teamwork and their values at UiTM.
