Abstract

The greatest quantity of oxygen the body can use during exercise is known as VO2 max. It is a mix of your heart's ability to pump oxygen and its efficiency in absorbing and utilising oxygen. VO2 max, also known as oxygen uptake, is a measurement of how much oxygen your body takes and uses while exercising.
